DEADHAND
DEADHAND is a Southern Colorado-based contemporary artist whose practice spans monumental public murals, fine art painting, and immersive gallery installations. Moving fluidly between subcultural rebellion and high-art sophistication, she defines her distinct aesthetic as "punk-surrealism"—a vivid, energetic exploration of the subconscious that seamlessly blends
Gothic motifs, counterculture edge, and hyper-saturated colors.
Since debuting her practice in 2021, she has presented 15 solo exhibitions. Her skill on canvas is mirrored by her command of massive public spaces; notably, her large-scale commissions include major contributions to the world's longest mural along the Arkansas River Levee.
DEADHAND’s rapidly ascending career is backed by prestigious industry support.
She is a proud recipient of grants from both Colorado Creative Industries and the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts through the INSITE Fund.
